They come with basic instructions and there is room to modify the shape of the riser to your liking. There is plenty of info on line to get you through the entire building process. WebBingham kits are great, but they are all about the laminated fiberglass recurves and longbows. More to buy, more equipment to build, but success by formula, if you follow instructions. Some of the other kits are all wood bows. The process is simpler for these, but not necessarily easier. Less equipment, more time scraping, shaping, and tillering.
