WebI went to Chimney Corners as a campers so was familiar with the environment and staff before entering the staff myself. It is defiantly a different experience going from camper to staff. Each cabin has there own pros and cons. WebAug 31, 2024 · The management doesn't care about the employees, even year round staff is underpaid but the core group of about 5 executives is compensated very well. A bulk of employees were fired and COVID-19 was used as an excuse. Zero advancement opportunities, you are just a grunt to them.
